Legacy Sports Exchange is a UK and Asia-focused sports platform connecting international talent, organisations and opportunities across markets.
We work at the intersection of professional sport, commercial partnerships, media, education and youth development.
Our role is to build the bridge between global sports talent and Asia — helping athletes and sports organisations access new markets, while helping brands, schools and partners connect with credible international sporting networks.

Ivan Wong leads international partnerships and network development for Legacy Sports Exchange across the UK and Asia.
He works across professional sport, athlete and talent networks, commercial partnerships, media opportunities and international market development, connecting athletes, clubs, brands and organisations with opportunities across Asian markets.
Through his relationships within professional football, rugby, athlete-management networks and regional partners, Ivan focuses on building long-term partnerships that create both commercial value and meaningful market access.
Alongside commercial and talent partnerships, he also supports the development of international youth programmes and sporting pathways, helping connect professional sporting environments with schools and young athletes across different markets.

Clement Po is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of senior management experience across Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Having held leadership roles within major insurance and financial institutions, Clement specialises in corporate partnerships, executive-level relationship management, cross-border coordination and large-scale commercial negotiation.
As Co-Founder of Legacy Sports Exchange, Clement leads strategic development and partnership engagement across the Greater China region, supporting school collaboration and regional programme execution.
